- Availability of electricity on board (for bands, draft beer systems, etc.) Power is no problem
- Whether buffet tables can be borrowed We can provide two lager tables on deck.
- Dimensions of any tables available, so customers can bring suitable tablecloths approx 1,5x0,8 m
Libidum price for drinks (beer, wine, lemonades, coffee and tea) during the day € 12,00 ppph, in the evenings € 15,00 ppph.
Captains-Dinner Buffet:
Our “Captains-Dinner Buffet” has his origin in a traditional Dutch Captain’s Meal.
This old seafarer dish consists of :
- Traditional Dutch peas (called kapucijners)
- Sliced bacon
- Smoked sausage
- Rice
- Different kinds of piccalilli
On Morgenster we add some culinary specials from our chefs to it:
- Minced meatballs
- Green salad with herbs
- Mixed salad with vegetables from the season
- and as a dessert our famous “Panna Cotta”

Luxurious “Tall Ships” Buffet:
If you want to invite your guests to a luxurious evening or afternoon cruise you can choose for Morgenster’s “Tall Ships”-Buffet.
